Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Preparing a Sourcing/ Talent Mapping plan for the position.
Headhunting, Referencing, use of industry specific online and offline sources, social and professional media.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview, offer negotiation & On-Boarding etc.)
Experience in handling end to end recruitments for IT skills (Generic / Nice / Super Nice skills).
Should have good experience in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate top talent across all functional groups.
Should be expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools, and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques & tools like Job Portals Naukri, Monster. etc.
Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken) with complete understanding of the IT Recruitments & processes.
Proven ability and a track record to place the right candidate.
