- Responsible for Internal and external hiring needs of Organization
- Sourcing the candidates for IT skills of Various Levels from different Job Portals, Database, Network via Phone Calls/Emails/Other Sources
- Screening Job aspirants and their profiles for Recruitment
- Educating Job aspirants about Job Description & Responsibilities
- Coordination of Interview process
- Post Interview follow up
- Follow up with aspirant till final on-boarding
- Closing daily KRA’s in the Stipulated time
- Maintaining Recruitment database as per the required formats
- To be an effective and productive part of the team
- To maintain cordial and respectful relationship across levels of the Organization
