Identification of various channels for sourcing and recruitment.
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package and about the organization.
Interacting with the candidates and checking their availability.
Scheduling interview for various positions.
Follow up with candidates to ensure 100% joining of selected candidates.
Create and maintain daily, weekly & monthly recruitment reports.
Maintaining overall candidate Database.
Interacting with Clients about current mandates and follows on candidates
