Requirements :
- Experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
- Experience of end- end Recruitment dealing with IT
- Should have experience on working with Portals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
- Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Build a strong talent pipeline should have used various Portals (Naukri / Monster/LinkedIn) & Boolean Search.
- Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search. Prior work experience in IT recruitment is a must.
