Required Hr Recruiter in IT Software Company PUNE.

• Position : Hr Recruiter
  
• Experience : 0. - 1 years in IT recruitment.
  

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.  
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives  
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/colleges etc 
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications  
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule  
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes  Onboards new employees in order to become fully integrated  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.    
• Perform Campus recruitment's.  
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”  
• Proven work experience as a recruiter 
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)  
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Should have decision-making capabilities where required.  
• Also would get the opportunity to work and assist on generalist activities.  
• Candidate should be able to assist generalist activities as preparing joining letters, performing joining formalities, preparing MIS reports, coordinating with new joiners, assisting to set-up training and development, organizing events and employee engagement activities.  
• Good presentation skills are preferred.  
  
• Office time – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
