- Position Details: Senior Recruitment Executive
- Job timing: 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Week off: Alternative Saturday + All Sundays off
- Excellent Sourcing Skills.
- Must have experience on Job Boards (Naukri, Monster,TimesJob) & Social Media Hiring.
- Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Contract to Hire and Permanent Hiring for IT
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner-
- Handling Individual Target, Mentoring team , giving instructing the team.
- Effectively manage relationships with agencies
- Design and drive employee referral programs
- Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates
- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position.
