Job Description
- Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle (from searching, screening resumes to short- listing candidates, coordinating, follow up & conducting interviews till closure) for IT, Non- IT both.
- Involves analyzing and understanding job specifications, which are provided by our National and International Clients in IT/Non IT/EPC/Healthcare and various other Sectors.
- By using means of social media/LinkedIn/Naukri/Monster etc the Recruiter/Talent acquisition Executive has to find the right candidates for the roles.
- Also finding the right candidates by conducting keyword searches on internal recruitment databases, trawling through CVs online using various job websites, or actively ‘headhunting’ senior professionals through independent research etc.
- Providing candidates with tips and advice on their CV and interview technique is another important part of this role.
- Payment follow up/ co-ordinate with the client as well as the recruiter team. Criteria:

- Good team player, the candidate must have the confidence & personality to be able to sell.
- Someone from the Recruitment and Staffing Industry would be added advantage
