- Pune-Bhosari MIDC
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR)
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
- Computer knowledge must.
- Sales skills.
- 0.5 - 2 yr exp in Recruitment
- End to end recruitment cycle.
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen capability.
- Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies / clients, through questioning and referencing.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions with in the span of time.
- Ability to multi-task (handling tele calls concurrently).
- Lead generation through referrals, prospecting and cold calling.
- Generate business and business channel, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
- Responsible for knowing competitive landscape and able to address the advantages.
- 1.80 – 2.40 P.A
