Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirement:
- Handle the Interview process.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Proven work experience as a IT & Non IT Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Telephonic, F2F, Campus Drive)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
