Job Description
1) Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, confirming, and placing the right resource.
2) Responsible for job posting and Mass Mailing, writing and editing employment advertisements of the requirements of the client.
3) Scheduling the candidate for interview.
4) Submitting the joining formalities of the candidate to the administration department.
5) Sourcing, screening profiles through different job portals.
6) Strong IT knowledge with good recruitment skills.
7) Client Interaction, building a strong database & pipeline of CVs.
8) Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
9) Pre-screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills etc.
10) Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
11) Follow-ups with candidates / clients for status.
