Job Description
• Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing
• Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement
• Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets
• Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
• Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
• Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail
• Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and analytical skills
