- Good understanding of Excel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across business functions by working closely with stakeholders and hiring leaders.
- Carry out recruitment activities to ensure key deliverables are met with a key focus on direct sourcing and driving internal talents.
- Guide hiring leaders in requisition creation and manage recruitment process
- Resourceful in candidate sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, networking and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions.
- Conduct initial talent screening and launching of assessments
- Execute behavioural based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in person interviews pre-screen candidates
- Coordination of interviews with the hiring leaders and candidates.
- Prepare salary proposals and manage offer process through collaboration with market HR and C&B team.
- Facilitate new hire on-boarding with the support from Recruitment Coordinator and On boarding Team.
- General new hire administrative tasks and preparation of employee personal file.
- Manage employer brand to attract high-quality candidates to join the company.
- Drive campus recruitment for internship and graduate recruitment by collaborating with institutions & universities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the recruitment delivery process.
- Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence insights to business stakeholders, hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to provide pro-active recruitment guidance.
- Identify any recruitment gaps and provide suggestions to set the business into the right directions to achieve business goals.
- Update recruitment reports and analyse recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and recruitment initiatives.
- Ad-hoc HR duties during non-peak recruiting period
