About the internship/job:
FalconSmartIT has a young and dynamic team working in a start-up culture in a fun-filled environment where you get to have hands-on experience.

FalconSmartIT Intern day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handling recruitment for the international market (sourcing, screening, and validation).
• Talking to overseas candidates and gaining knowledge of international recruitment.
• Handling HR Operations.

• You can stay well acquainted with all social media / Recruitment platforms to provide out-of-the-box ideas for promoting and developing FalconSmartIT business.
• Job offers - Flexible work hours / Remote working (Initial) / Informal dress code, 5 days a week.
• Above all, you will have full freedom for your creativity.
• After three months based on your performance during your internship, if selected, you will be made full-time permanent employee with a salary of 13K to 15K a month based on your performance.
