Job Profile:

• Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online job portals & Database based on requirements.
• Conducting, telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing job profile with the candidate, while conducting the telephonic interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face to face interview round with respective company.
• Lining up of candidates from face to face interview rounds based on a short listing from company side.
• Taking feedback from client company on the interviews done.
• Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation collection.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining.
• Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
