You will deeply understand Banking industry Or thorough knowledge of KPO You Offer 10 years of relevant experience You have experience in HR Service center operations in large matrixed organizations would be preferred You have serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred You have deep knowledge of Excel, A Green Belt/Black Belt will be an added advantage You have strong analytical skills approach to collate data, draw inference and present with recommendations along with action plan, Should have demonstrated experience in improvement and/or automation of processes You are open to working in all shifts Strong feedback skills, Should have improve a team of 20 people, and understand dynamics of people management & development Ability to plan and organize, Should be comfortable performing analysis of performance data, find opportunities for improvement and demonstrate impact over time Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance Handles own time by concentrating on key tasks Ensures processes and control are aligned to established procedure (SOP's), protocols Should have handled senior partners across regions, ability to work across cultures You have deep understanding of basic business vocabulary/HR glossary Is able to suggest potential improvements in productivity/efficiency in processes Preventive than reactive, Solution oriented, Ambitious Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
