- Handling End to End Internal Recruitment.
- Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers through various sources-job portals, referrals etc.
- Initial Screening of the Profiles through Telephonic.
- Convincing candidates on the respective terms & conditions & Followup.
- Complete the joining & exit formalities.
- Attendance Management.
- Assist with day to day admin responsibilities that are essential to the business operations, as needed
- Only female candidate can apply.
- Minimum exp required 6 months to 2 years.
- Required immediate joining.
