Job Description
About the internship: We are looking for an HR intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how we approach payroll, recruiting, and employee development, we'd like to meet you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
7. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
8. Create and launch a process to reinforce our company's core values to current employees
9. Work on employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, development, and retention
Who can apply
