Job Responsibilities:

• Updating Leaves and Taking care of LMS.
  
• Generating HR Letters as and when required.
  
• Sending Birthday and Anniversary emails.
  
• Follow up on availing Anniversary Gifts.
  
• Sending Medical Insurance data.
  
• Sending out reminders on promotions and Probations.
  
• Collating variable input data.
  
• Collating data for payroll input.
  
• Filing Emp documents.
  
• Coordinating Bank activities.
  
• Statutory Compliances.
  
• Updating details on Parabola - Maintaining HRIS.
  

• Update calendar invites for upcoming TJU sessions.
  
• Follow up for training material.
  
• Coordinating and ensuring training starts on time.
  
• Ensure sessions are recorded, update it in wiki and upload them on youtube.
  
• Mark attendance and collect feedback from attendees
  

• Help in organizing open house events.
  
• Help in planning and conducting fresher/intern training.
  
• Feedback collation on trainee and trainers for fresher/intern training.
  
• Research on external trainings.
  

• Master's degree in Human Resources
  
• A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  
• An interest in working with people
  
• Knowledge on MS-Excel tools
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
  
• The ability to work as part of a team
  
• The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  

• Internship experience in any HR Department
  
• Advanced MS-Excel Training
