We at, Canvas Craft Media, are looking for an HR Trainee having experience in End to End recruitment process.

- Understanding Job requirements and screening best suitable candidates based on educational, technical and commination skills.
- Scheduling telephonic and F2F interview rounds.
- Participation in Planning and Drafting of Company Policies.
- Managing Employee Payrolls and Salaries
- Planning and Execution of Religious and Cultural events.
- Experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Experience in MIS Reports & Grievance Handling.
- Should have a basic understanding of Income Tax and withholding of taxes.
- Outspoken and Confident Personality having Strong Communiation Skills.
