Job Description

Responsibility:
- Human Resource Generalist Activities.
- Assist recruitment process and employee on-board.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Administer and organize internal events/meetings.
- Maintain Employee Records
- Handling employee query/ grievance
- Support in Audit related process
- Performance Management of the employees and help team for appraisal.
- Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions.
- Demonstrated Problem Solving skills with the ability to handle highly strategic and challenging Business problems.
- Should be passionate on People Management.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in Verbal and Written English.
- Fresh BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA candidates are preferred.
