Job Description
Designation : HR Intern
Qualification : Fresh Graduate / Post graduate (Those who are awaiting for their final result may apply also)
Location : Kolkata, Near to Dumdum Airport 2.5 no gate
Salary : Rs 5000 in the internship period and Rs 10000 after successfully completion of internship period
Internship Period : 3-6 months
Gender : Both
Criteria : Must have pleasant personality with excellent communication skill in English, Hindi & Bengali
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the job description (JD) thoroughly Sourcing resumes according to the JD from job portal Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing assigned work within given time span allotted for the work
- Sending daily report to the concerned person.
