• Creation of Employees Emai id if required
  
• Calculation and documentation of Gratuity & its payment
  

•   Maintaining the attendance and leave records
  
• Calculation of OT & Deduction of employees as per attendance record
  
• Processing payroll entry in TALLY 9.0 software.
  
• Preparation of Salary related document for bank submission.
  
• Filling Profession Tax returns & Payment of PT
  
• Filling up online PF monthly form Payment of PF
  
• Calculation of PF and  PF entry in Tally Software
  
• Maintain stationery consumption record
  
• Ordering of Stationery
  
• Maintain Machine time
  
• Preparation of Monthly MIS
  
• Preparation of Monthly Shift Plan
  
• Ticket Booking and Visa Processing, Hotel Booking, cab Booking
  
• AC, Generator & PC maintenance
  
• Printing of Daily report, envelope, leave book, c-off book, letter head etc
  
• First Aid Material Maintenance
  

• Issuance of all HR documents like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Salary Break up, Confirmation letter, Probation extension Letter ,Address proof, Employment proof, Salary slip, Employee Loan agreement,  Increment letter, Show Cause and , Termination letters , Notices etc
  

Statutory & Other work:

• Submit annual return of factory
  
• Conduct Machine testing
  
•  Renewal of Factory License.
  
•  Renewal of Fire Extinguisher
  
• Conduct Medical check of employees
  
• Ensuring compliance with Insurance Policies- Like Workman Compensation, Vehicle insurance
  
• Preparation of Holiday List
