  • Maintain the functionality of an automated ATS i.e. Screening, Tagging, Auto Emails, and Stage management.
  • Creating Source Efficiency Report, and optimising Automation fortnightly
  • Scheduling Interviews, Taking Interviews & Training Panels for Interviews
  • Marketing & Branding Automations
  • Automating the Onboarding Process
  • Curating Cost-Benefit Dashboards for Talent
