Job Description

Maintain daily attendance of candidates

Hiring of candidates as per requirement in company

Update reporting on daily basis

To maintain (joint) company standards and expectations.

Excellent leadership and influencing skills

Reviews day to day operational reports to manage productivity and performance.

Collaborates with internal customers to ensure loads are processed on-time according to service commitments.

Reviews daily operational reports to manage productivity, performance, and service.

Conduct trainings, observation and meeting.

Monitoring retrieve and tender cargo from/to agents at the airport cargo terminals.

Sort incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines, including retrieval of packages that required further inspection.

Submit booking for import CC flight for next day retrieval.

ULDs planning for import / export.

Follow-up on internal and external requires.

Customs endorsement of CIDBC form at checkpoint during weekend.

Ad hoc other duties assigned from time to time.
