Job Description
Human Capital Service Advisor (862299) Gurgaon
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- BA or BS preferably in Human Resources or Business OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 1-2 years of Web chat and customer service experience in US business with good understanding of USA policies and regulations
- Previous experience with case management systems a plus
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Professional email) and People soft
- Must be able to work 5.30 ? 3.00am shift Monday-Friday
- Overtime may be required.
- Shift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India management.
