Human Resource Administrator
Indicative roles & responsibilities:
- Manage office administration-related work (eg. Management of stationery, office supplies, getting quotes from vendors, negotiating quotes).
- Source candidates, conduct preliminary interviews or coordinate between candidates and internal stake-holder for in-house hiring for the recruitment, marketing, legal business verticals
- Prepare invoices and follow up with clients for payments.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Manage schedules of the directors.
- Coordinate with external vendors.
- Attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll management.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent soft-skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
- Attention to detail.
Eligibility:
- Any graduate degree
- Experience: - 1 year in HR Generalist role and/or office administration role.
- The candidate must be a resident of Bangalore
- This job requires the candidate to work from the office (the work from home option is not available)
