Job Description
Role: The incumbent is responsible for managing all HR and Admin related aspects of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of all positions in the organization.
- Ensuring all employees adhere to the policies of the organization.
- Responsible for joining formalities and conducting a thorough induction for new employees.
- To ensure all employee records and attendance details are maintained properly.
- To ensure all assets like computers etc. are functioning properly at all times.
- To ensure the premises are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Candidate requirements:
- Qualification: BBM/BBA
- Experience: Fresher
