Experience: Fresher or experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
* Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
* Responsible for Recruitment and Selection process.
* Conduct Preliminary Interview rounds, screening, and shortlisting the candidate from portals.
* Training and Development.
* Joining and Exit formalities of the employees.
* Preparing Salary sheet on monthly basis by submitting verified attendance.
* Sending mailers to all employees regarding the new updates or rules n regulations and other official mails.
* Managing Employee's database; attendance, leaves, salaries.
* Implement disciplinary rules in the company and explain company policies to the employees.
* Full & Final settlements of departing employees.
* Evaluation of the performance of the employees.
