About Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

• Demonstrate complete recruitment life -cycle responsibility with accountability.
• Understand and analyze the job description and sourcing of CVs from multiple job portals/LinkedIn to identify relevant candidate.
• Perform telephonic screening of the potential candidates by interviewing. 
• Follow up with the candidates.
• Maintain the database and tracker of the candidates for future use.
• Check the candidate's credibility through their reference checks, documents review & background verification from relevant sources.
