Understand the Client's Job Description or Requirements.
Enquiry about your doubts to the staff Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting the Profile.
Scheduling the Interview Follow-up with candidates till joining with the company Coordinate with Companies and Candidates.
Required Experience and Qualifications 2+years of experience into End-to-End Recruitment Process.
Should work from Home and Co-working Office Dedicated person Should work 4-5 hours/day (Monday to Friday) .
Benefits The recruiter would be given a fix amount for every position he/she worked upon. This is not a salaried position.
Recruiter will earn an amount anywhere in between 3000 to 10000 per requirement.
Recruiter can look after any number of requirements starting from 5 to unlimited every month. Training will be provided .
Job Portal need to be managed by the recruiter.
