Responsible for end to end life cycle of recruitment process starting from gathering requirements from business/ Projects & Service delivery team.
Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates
Understand and analyze the manpower requirements and sourcing suitable profiles as per the skill sets
Sourcing candidates through Job portals, Employee referrals, Existing database and social networks & conducting interviews for various requirements.
Schedule interviews
Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates
Plan and Execute recruitment strategies to support new business requirements
Provide resource with in the SLA and TAT
Ensure the Quality of hire (New Joiners)
Reference checks and cross verification of candidate's credentials with previous companies (BGV)
Processing Pre recruitment letter for shortlisted candidates
Onboarding formalities and aligning the new joiner to the respective line managers
