Consult with Department head and provide daily HR guidance.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Conducting skip meetings with the employees. Drive engagement initiatives like R&Rs. Support in data collation and preparation of reports. Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures.
