Job Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end hiring.
Strong in sourcing profiles from job portals.
Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the openings.
Experience in bulk hiring and scheduling interview on a regular basis, and finally brings in talent on-board.
Develops creative sourcing techniques to close the requirement
Perform Initial Screening and conducting preliminary interviews for potential candidates.
Represent the company in Campus Interviews & Job fairs
Required Skills:
Prior experience in the Human Resource Recruitment of any organization.
Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
