Job Description
- Client Acquisition by mailing, calling, client presentations, HR Events, Social Media Networking etc.
- Understanding Client's HR needs & challenges.
- Searching the suitable candidates using Job Portals, Referrals, Head Hunting, Social Media etc.
- Sending resumes to clients and follow ups.
- Lining up candidates as per interview schedules.
- Coordinate between clients and candidates till final selection and joining of the candidates
- You will have a choice of working from our office in Navi Mumbai or working from Home.
- Those working from home will get continuous guidance and support from the seniors.
