Job Description
- We have multiple openings for FRESHERS in our organisation for different domains specifically in EPCM, IT and HR into RECRUITMENT .
Your responsibilities will be both in the commercial field and recruitment.
1. Recruitment
- Market research on different industries (specifically FMCG, FMCD, E-commerce, EPCM, IT e.t.c)
- Sourcing of candidates on Job boards and portals.
- Sourcing of candidates on social networks such as LinkedIn or other local platforms
- Approaching candidates sales approach
- Evaluation of candidates (Phone, Skype interviews)
- Writing candidate briefs and report
2. Client management
- Provide a role of advice and support to clients
- Maintain healthy and quality relationships with our clients- Coordination with team and management
3. Internal missions
- Participate to the corporate life by attending several events, updating the company social media accounts

You are responsible for maximum client satisfaction as well as a pleasant and smooth candidate experience. You represent the company and must convey our values of service excellence.
Profile
- Team player / Collaborative behavior : You need to be able to work within a team with diversified colleagues
- Excellent communicator : Top English skills, both orally and written are a must- Basic knowledge of EPC and infrastructure/IT/HR Recruitment domain
- Positive and energetic
- Open minded
- Willingness to learn and be part of a growth project
- Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Analytical mindset (The role requires smart thought process to analyze your clients request, priorities, preferences, candidates cultural fit, hierarchy structure)
