Job Description
Job purpose
- Leading HR practice at Obbserv.
- To promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management.
- Also maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations.
Duties and responsibilities

- Keep a track of personal records of employees and update them regularly.
- These records include but not limited to attendance, salary, HR Manual, HR Policies, etc.
- Implement all HR related policies such as PMS, Training & Development among others.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process at Obbserv. Ensure top quality and right talent joins the company in line with the vision and business of Obbserv.
- Lead Campus hiring program at Obbserv.
- Responsible for induction of new joinees within 3 days of their joining.
- Responsible for onboarding, orientation, and documentation of new joinees.
- Build and maintain a constructive relationship with everyone.
- Help management to carry out the review process smoothly. Do support the Obbservers in filling the review sheet and make sure that everything is carried out in the set timeframe.
- Manage exit processes for employees by carrying out exit interviews and completing exit formalities.
- Qualifications.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organization Development.
- Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Structure.
- Written and verbal communication, good with follow ups, interpersonal skills.
- Spontaneous, Self Motivated, Quick and Active.
- 2 Years of Experience in the relevant field
