Designation: Human Resource Recruiter

Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.   
Should have experience in the various selection processes and must be able to conduct different types of interviews such as telephonic, Skype, and personal.   
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.   
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.   
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.   
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /databases, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.   

Qualification: BBA/B.Com

Experience: Freshers   

Salary: 12k to 15k
