Job Description
Functional / Operations responsibilities:
- Recruiting Middle level & Sr. level Position
- Calling, Screening, Short-Listing and Interviewing of the candidates as per clients requirements.
- Coordinating with the higher-up and HR of the company.
- Scheduling interviews with the company
- Follow up with the candidates till the joining
- Maintaining database for candidates and clients.
- Maintaining and updating the status of filled and vacant openings.
- Creating weekly & monthly status reports.
- Maintaining the records of candidates selected and deselected.
