About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Advertise job openings on free job portals and social networks
2. Screen potential candidate's resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies
3. Coordinate with the candidates and take all the necessary details
4. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Update the recruitment database
6. Assist the HR team in various other activities
7. Prepare recruitment-related reports
8. Actively involve in research & development to improve the recruitment process
Required:-
1. Pursuing or Pursued MBA in HR ,
2. Pursuing MBA in HR with BSc- IT Background (Plus Point)
