Job Description
1. Working on processing benefits, researching new benefits, and implementing global initiatives to create a better working environment for Crafter's employees
2. Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts
3. Managing the employee's onboarding experience

1. Final year student or soon to be graduates working towards any degree
2. Available for a minimum of 8+ week internship
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent written and verbal skills
5. Strong ability to embrace, adapt to change, take initiatives, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience and proficiency in Google Office tools/programs
1. This position is expected to start around May 2021 and continue through the entire summer (i.e July 2021). Please consider your availability before applying.
