Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying hiring needs and determining job requirements
2. Creating job descriptions and conducting interviews
3. Engaging with the right candidate and observing the various aspects to select a person with purpose, along with skills
4. Building the human capital with learning and development; creating a growth mindset in every individual
5. Keeping the team motivated and nurturing our company values & culture
6. Participating in the growth journey of our organization from 1 member team to 100 members
