About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting tech and product roles for the biggest startups in India
2. Researching and talent mapping
3. Working on HR content development for the organization
We hire for some of the largest and fastest-growing startups in India and are now spreading globally as well. The best person for this role will have the following experiences:
1. Excellent communication skills as they will need to speak to senior talent and customers who are the best in their space
2. A technical degree in Computer science is ideal as most our roles tend to be tech-focused and someone without this background will struggle
3. At least 6-12 months in recruitment ideally with startups so they are familiar with the tools and apps used in sourcing talent
4. A love and passion for helping careers, talking to people, and using social media
