Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for different positions
2. Work on developing and following the SOPs and introducing to interns
3. Enhance the organization resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relation and human resources policies, program, and practices
