About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end to end recruitment
2. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
3. Work on managing the onboarding process
4. Work on HRMS data collection, updating, and documenting
5. Work on basic statutory compliance
6. Work on attendance and leave management
7. Work on back-end data support for payroll processing
8. Conduct employee engagement activities
9. Assist the HR manager with any other related work
