Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Work on hands-on sourcing
2. Mentor the team on the best of sourcing, screening, practices for technology recruitment
3. Build great relations with the respective stakeholders & strive to be the next level recruitment leader in making at Anzy Careers
4. Work with the business to identify candidates for the given requirement
5. Manage and monitor applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition reason
6. Develop advertising programs in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
7. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and/or business partners
