About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with head hunters or directly on job portals
2. Work on candidate onboarding
3. Handle CV shortlisting and coordination with candidates
4. Manage internal coordination with teams for interview scheduling
5. Work on offer letter preparation in alignment with the hiring manager
6. Work on the implementation of HR policies within the organization

Other requirements
1. Must have an MBA in HR
2. It is great to have statutory knowledge as per the labor law
3. Should have a temperament suitable for an HR role
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Prior internship experience will be an added advantage

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per onboarded candidate).
