About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting candidates for our clients
2. Getting involved in live HR projects for a period of 3 to 6 months in the areas of organization structure, governance, cultural changes, hr policies, compensation structure, incentive structure.
3. Handling performance management design, designing vision, mission and values for the organization
4. Working at client location as well as working from home and supporting the project

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Jul'20 and 19th Aug'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
