Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Driving leadership hiring across technology, product, sales, finance, operation, and other corporate functions
2. Sourcing for quality resumes and conducting initial HR round, judging the suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary expectations
3. Handling coordination with various department heads or hiring managers for open mandates and understanding their requirements and creating/modifying the job descriptions, in case, required
4. Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within the specified turnaround time
