Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing resumes and applications
2. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
3. Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
4. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
5. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
6. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
7. Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
8. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
9. Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
10. Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
11. Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
12. Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
13. Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews
