About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle entire requirement life-cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordination, and interviewing candidates as per man-power requirements
2. Responsible for candidate engagement, offer coordination and ensuring candidate's seamless onboarding
3. Work closely with department managers to ensure closure within TAT
4. Work on joining and onboarding formalities
5. Support with talent mapping and market insights
6. Handle data management and analysis for recruitment MIS
7. Brainstorm and search potential leads for campus recruitment, web searches, or digital resources
8. Resolve HR queries
